Mr. Habbas' emphasis is on personal injury law and he has handled thousands of cases over the past 20 years, ranging from several thousand dollars to several million dollars in value.
Mr. Habbas was born in Los Angeles, California in 1961 and has resided in the State of California throughout most of his life. In 1982, he received a B.A. in History from the University of Pacific in Stockton, California. He received his Juris Doctorate ( J.D.) from the University of Santa Clara, School of Law, in 1985. Mr. Habbas joined the Law Office of William McCann and became a junior partner in 1986 until he formed his own law firm in 1987.
Mr. Habbas is a member of the Consumers Attorney of California (CAOC), formerly known as the California Trial Lawyers' Association, the Santa Clara County Bar Association (SCCBA), the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) and the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice (TLPJ).
Mr. Habbas volunteers his time as a court appointed arbitrator.
